The working principle of the core of the disc motor is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the stator coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated. The magnetic field acts on the magnetic poles or induction coils on the rotor to generate electromagnetic force and drive the rotor to rotate, thereby converting electrical energy into mechanical energy.
Specifically, the stator of the disc motor is usually a flat disc, embedded with coils, and generates a magnetic field by energizing. The rotor is also a flat disc, placed parallel to the stator, and can be embedded with permanent magnets or induction coils. When the stator coils are energized, the generated magnetic field interacts with the permanent magnets or induction coils on the rotor, causing the rotor to rotate.
In this process, the core of the disc motor is mainly responsible for conducting magnetic lines of force, and its quality and performance will directly affect the efficiency and performance of the motor.
